Testimonials

Joely – Nutritional Therapy Client:

I contacted Jayne to get help with persistent headaches and osteopaenic bones, and the advice that I have been given has been indispensable. She has given me so much information on the elements I need to implement into my diet to help both now and in the future. She also provided me with some lovely tasty recipes. I’m loving the new grains she suggested, the breakfast smoothies, the energy snacks – all the foods she suggested made going wheat free for a month pretty easy, which was unexpected! I feel that I’m in a much better place nutritionally, and know that I’m eating a much healthier diet – she has given me a positive framework with which to move forward. Thank you so much Jayne!

On Supernourished - raw foods basics class:

From Jennifer: ‘Jayne offers a really fantastic experience through her raw food class. We had a very informative intro to the different pieces of equipment followed by making and eating a variety of gorgeous foods. I absolutely loved the whole afternoon, from meeting some lovely people, glancing into a chef’s kitchen, playing with new kitchen gadgets and using some of the foods I know and love, in a totally different and yummy new way. Jayne throws in a lot of nutrition advice too. It was just brilliant – certainly a good gift idea for friends and family too. I can’t wait for my next Supernourished experience’.

From Lucy: ‘What a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon, making raw food with my girlfriends. It’s the best afternoon I’ve had for ages. I feel like I’ve been shown a whole new world of ecstatic tastes and can’t wait to try out some of the recipes we learnt on my friends.’
